The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC and hydraulic capital equipment at customer facilities. You'll be the face of our company in the field — solving problems on the shop floor and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do
- Travel to customer sites to install, commission, and service CNC tube benders, fiber lasers, tube end formers, and related equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Communicate clearly with customers and document service work
- Provide phone/remote troubleshooting support when needed
- Represent the company professionally on-site
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical/industrial field service, machine repair, or a related trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude — hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled equipment experience a plus
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+), including occasional overnight and multi-day trips
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- CNC machinery, welding, or metal fabrication equipment experience preferred
